Meet Your Instructors
Master Segarra is a 9th Degree Black Belt and a product of this school. He started training in 1977 and was on the 1989 and 1995 U.S.A team in Seoul Korea. He has authored several books and has been featured in various Martial Arts Magazines. He is a world renown and respected authority and one of the highest rank Americans in the Korean Martial Arts.
Daniel Segarra
Mrs. Segarra began her training in 1989 at our dojo, and is now a proficient 4th-degree black belt. The key component of our husband-wife duo, she ensures student satisfaction and warmly welcomes newcomers. She is a testament to our training’s transformative potential and exemplifies our community’s welcoming and nurturing environment.

Master Deon Peters, a dedicated instructor at Warrior Scholar Academy for over two decades, is now a distinguished 4th Degree Black Belt. Respected as a community leader, he’s been instrumental in enhancing safety and improving the quality of life in Far Rockaway. He is an example of community service, leadership and empowerment.
